Havenwood RCAC, Glenwood City, Wisconsin (St. Croix County) - Photo
Developer of 16 – unit Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) for a non-profit skilled Nursing Care Facility, Glenhaven, Inc. Development involved application for Tax Credits and various grants to provide affordable assisted living in an attractive, energy efficient building. Construction is scheduled to begin October 2007 with completion in August 2008.

Comforts of Home, Menomonie, Wisconsin (Dunn County)
Located at 917 22nd Avenue NE, Menomonie. Developer and owner/lessor of a 41- unit Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC). This development is the second phase of a 13 acre senior housing campus, known as White Pine Residential Community. Construction will be completed in September 2007.

Windmill Place, 9xx South Main Street, River Falls, Wisconsin (Pierce County)
Development Consultant to municipal Housing Authority, providing services that included: application for Affordable Housing Tax Credits; Rural Development Guaranteed Loan; grants; and assisting with construction bid process for a 24-unit senior housing development for those with physical and/or sensory disabilities. This project is located on the 900 block of South Main Street in the center of the City of River Falls.
This project is under construction with proposed completion by Fall 2007.


Sunrise Meadow II, Barron, Wisconsin (Barron County)
Development Consultant to private non-profit, to provide services including application for Tax Credits and various grants for a 24-unit development designed for those with physical disabilities. Located north of Hwy 8, at 2xx Olson Avenue, off Mill Street, It consists of six town house buildings and twelve single car garages. The buildings include nineteen two-bedroom units and five one-bedroom units. Funding sources include Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, AHP, and conventional financing. Construction began in Jan 2007 and is scheduled for completion in Fall 2007 at a total project cost of $2,831,351.

The Village at White Pine, Menomonie, Wisconsin (Dunn County) - Detailed Rental Information Here
Developer and owner of 48-unit senior rental apartment building. This development is the first phase of a 13 acre senior housing campus in the City of Menomonie. The future phases will include a 40 unit assisted living building and 16 owner-occupied townhomes. The development is located on 921 22nd Ave N.E. off Wilson Street in North Menomonie. The first phase, the Village at White Pine, was completed in November 2004.

Ridgeview Apartments, Clear Lake, Wisconsin (Polk County) - Photo
Located at 390th 5th Street NW. This development is structures as a senior life estate community in which a faith based non-profit foundation is the owner and manager. McCoy provided Development Consulting that included securing construction and permanent financing and obtaining grant funding. the common areas of the building, common dining room, kitchen and sun room will serve many community activities. the first phase of eventually 45 total units is scheduled to be completed in November 2005.

Development Consultant to private non-profit, to provide services including: application for Tax Credits; grants; and arranging for village permits and approvals, for a 24-unit family development. This project located just south of Highway 8 and Hilltop Auto, off 218th Street. This project is scheduled to begin construction summer of 2003, at an estimated cost of $2,980,000.

Development Consultant to private non-profit, to provide real estate site selection services, application for Tax Credits, and arranging for village permits and approvals for a 24-unit family development. This project, located at 559-599 North Maple Street, was completed April 2003. The total project cost was $2, 912,000

Good Shepherd Senior Apartments Eau Claire, Wisconsin (Eau Claire County) - Photo
Development Consultant to private for-profit Developer / General Contractor, to identify and apply for funding, including tax exempt bond financing, a forgivable loan and a foundation grant for a 24 unit senior mixed income apartment building. This project is located at 3304 14th Street, northwest side of Eau Claire. It was completed fall of 2001, with a total cost of $2,017,000.

Homestead Village Senior Apartments, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin (Chippewa County)
Project manager and Development Consultant to a private for-profit Developer to apply for Affordable Housing Tax Credits, arrange for city permits and approvals, elicit community support for a 48-unit senior development, and identify and secure a non-profit sponsor for the project. This project, located at 320 Colome Street & Woodward in southeastern edge of Chippewa Falls, was completed in May 2002, and is cost approximately $3,431,300.

Located north of Hwy 8, at 205-230 Olson Avenue, off Mill Street, this 24-unit development consists of six town house buildings and twelve single car garages. The buildings include twelve three-bedroom units, six two-bedroom units, and six one-bedroom units. West CAP was the developer, co-owner, general contractor and a sub-contractor for this development. Funding sources include Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, AHP, and conventional financing. Construction began in July 1998 and was completed in June 1999 at a total project cost of $2,069,576.

Colfax Prairie Homes, Colfax, Wisconsin (Dunn County) - Photo
This project is located on the south edge of Colfax, just east of the IGA store and the First American Bank, off Park Street at 504-508 Big Bluestem Lane. This 24-unit development consists of five buildings, 12 garages and an on-site laundry building. Four of the buildings are townhouse type with the fifth being an eight unit two story apartment building. The buildings include 8 one-bedroom units, 8 two-bedroom units, and 8 three-bedroom units. Units are restricted to those at 40%, 50% and 60% of CMI. Funding sources include Low Income Housing Tax Credits, CDBG, HOME, AHP, and conventional financing. West CAP was the developer, co-owner, and general contractor of this development. The project cost totaled $1,707,545 and construction of this project was completed in August of 1998.

Sunlight Terrace Apartments, Glenwood City, Wisconsin (St. Croix County)
Located on the eastern edge of town at 253-255 Magnolia Drive, north of the High School and Hwy 170. This eight-unit three-bedroom townhouse style development has two four-unit building and six garages. West CAP was the developer, general contractor, owner and manager of this development. This project was completed in June 1998 at a total project cost of $637,465.

Whispering Pines of Cable, Cable, Wisconsin, (Bayfield County)
This multi-family housing is located in the center of Cable at 101 Jenkins Road, across from the Cable Town Fire Dept. This 8-unit townhouse style project was built for the Housing Authority of the County of Bayfield. A number of funding sources were applied for including WHEDA Tax Exempt Bonds, HOME, AHP and a donation of land by the Town. The total project cost was $560,000. The project was completed in April 2000.

CAP Town Homes, Clayton, Wisconsin (Polk County)
Located at 803-805 Clayton Avenue West, this eight-unit three-bedroom town home project was built to serve large families. Funding included; WHEDA tax exempt bonds, HOME funding, village assistance, and Affordable Housing Program direct subsidy. The Agency developed, owns, general contracted and manages this development. It was completed in July 1996 at a total project cost of $442,988.

Capistry Town Homes, Marshfield, Wisconsin, (Wood County)
Located on the northwest edge of Marshfield this housing development is located at 1009 Laurel Street. This six unit very low-income project was designed for the gamut of household sizes, containing 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units. The funding was entirely grant monies from St. Joseph's Ministry Fund, WHEDA Foundation Grant, Wisconsin Rental Energy Program and HOME funding. The project cost totaled $390,632 and was completed in March 2000.
